The job is to plan, develop and expand optimal sales strategy all over the world including Japan.

Purchasing & Buying

The job is to purchase parts and components for all Honda products. Under the mission of “sustaining the procurement of good products at reasonable prices and in a timely manner”, we purchase necessary parts from suppliers all over the world, and support the creation of Honda products from many aspects such as quality and cost.

Production control & Logistics

The job is to control and manage the whole process of production, logistics, distribution and sales.
Linked with market trends and sales plans, we formulate production plans that maintain a high level of balance between "timely supply of products to customers” and “high-efficiency production", which leads to smooth production and shipment.

Human Resources

The purpose of this job is to research and develop,business planning the next-generation power unit and energy technology aiming at realization of a zero-environmental-impact society toward the carbon-neutral era. In addition to the next generation power units such as automotive engine(ICE/HEV), motor inverter, DC-DC converter, two-way charger, next generation battery, all-solid-state battery, fuel cell, thermal management system, and Electric Vehicle system, we develop and research energy service and resource circulation and Carbon dioxide Capture , Utilization & Storage technologies to make usage of renewable energy more efficient and to level the load. We aim at realization of a carbon-neutral society with zero environmental impact, and a society that brings about joy of expanding the possibilities of life.

Research & Development of Material Technology

Job scope

Our role is responsible for the research and development of batteries and battery systems, which are key pillars in Honda's pursuit of "zero environmental impact (achieving carbon neutrality)." We conduct a wide range of activities in the research and development of lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, and fuel cells for next-generation power units. This includes everything from material technology research to the development of battery cell performance and durability, battery operation and utilization technology, and battery material recycling technology. Additionally, we aim to enhance the value of batteries through system development, including battery cell stack technology, battery pack structure and safety technology, low and high voltage power distribution technology, and battery system control.

Job scope

This position involves research and development of logic semiconductors that support the "intelligence" of Honda products, such as autonomous driving, and power semiconductors that support the efficiency of electrification.

For logic semiconductors, you will design, prototype, and test evaluation of SoCs and NPUs, as well as develop BSPs and SDKs.

For power semiconductors, you will evaluate next-generation semiconductors, research and development of peripheral and applied technologies, and development for in-vehicle applications.

This job category works on production technology development linked to the evolution of automobile products, and executing new model introduction planning, mass produciton preparation, quality maturation, coneiving competitive production equipment and mold planning, desing, manufacturing and installation globally.
We are working to realize "competitive and strong manufacturing" by developing production technology that improves the appeal of BEV products, and by implementing the planning and production process development of next-generation new factories aiming for environmental Triple ZERO through the evolution of digital technology.

Design and Research & Development of ICE Products for Motorcycles and Power Products

Job scope

Based on the original idea of " The joy of mobility and impression. Desire to be useful to people." which has remained unchanged since the foundation of Honda, our job is to develop materials and manufacturing technology that support product design in the research and development of motorcycles, power products, and marine products that sell a wide range of products with ICEs from 25cm3 to 5000cm3 to the whole world.
We create and build the skelton structure that consist of the frame,chassis, engine, and the attractiveness of the each motorcyle, and realize packaging that takes into consideration the appearance, usability, ride comfort, and throbbing feeling to meet the taste of a wide variety of customers. Job scope

The role to lead Honda’s company-wide IT and DX promotion.
Drive Business Process Reengineering in all areas encompassing R＆D/Manufacturing/sales, and develop/manage systems to prop up BPR(Business Process Re-engineering) for better business efficiency and speedier reengineering.
Also build a company-wide data platform and promote its utilization including data accumulation/analysis to deliver innovations and new values.
